Taylor Rejuvenation Group was founded in 2017 to enhance the quality of life for all by providing safe and affordable housing. For over 25 years we have worked in multifamily, low-income housing working on properties with mixed incomes such as market-rate, LIHTC- low-income housing tax credit, Section 8 and public housing in the Kansas and Missouri areas.

We have extensive experience in lease up, renewal, move in/out, accounting, preparation for legal proceedings, collecting rental payment, staff training, implementing preventative maintenance policies, event coordinaton for seniors, supervising multiple staff members, working with local housing agencies in behalf of tenants and receiving new bids for the maintenance of properties.

Since 2017, we have collaborated with Sewille & Co and @1016 LLC to complete four renovations between 2017-2019. Also, within that time we were contracted to assist in staging two homes to be sold.

In all that we do, we aim to be a part of the change within the urban core and not be separate. To work with neighborhoods and assist the vision of what they envision for the future in their area. Bringing restoration to these houses and not tearing them down brings joy to us. We would love to save as many of them and be able to get a family into them that will appreciate and love their home. We want to help people to be a part of the neighborhood and have pride in where they live.
